#Change is far less likely to succeed when it’s forced. Beyond the corporate ecosystem and my professional job responsibilities, one of my passions is inspiring (not bullying!) individuals from all walks of life to explore alternatives to meat and dairy.
As a #Prosci-certified change practitioner, I often rely on the ADKAR model to guide my efforts. My approach focuses on helping people navigate and progress through their plant-based and #vegan journeys. It’s incredibly rewarding to receive updates—often from people I’ve never met—sharing how something I posted or discussed inspired them to begin their exploration.

Driving meaningful change requires investing in people and the issue at hand—creating awareness and sparking desire. This “hook” of inspiration or incentive encourages a shift from the current state to a desired future state, reinforced and sustained over time. Maintaining that desire takes ongoing effort, but knowledge (“K” in ADKAR) plays a key role. Offering resources like healthy plant-based recipes and dishes (such as one I recently prepared, pictured), introductions to new foods, grocery recommendations, or vegan-friendly restaurant options keeps the momentum alive and the journey on track.
I genuinely enjoy helping others explore, embrace, and manage change, transforming efforts—like adopting #healthy, compassionate diets—into lasting and beneficial outcomes. Celebrate your wins!
